Water Soluble & Oil Soluble Form: Liquid   Perfect for use in natural cosmetics and natural soap colorant or handmade bath products!   The Gourmet Rose "ORANGE ANNATTO" is extracted from the seeds of the Annatto tree. It  is an orange yellow to deep orange-red powder,  intended for use in oils, creams and soaps.  Natural Orange Annatto contains no Coal Tar Dyes or any extraneous coloring matter. It is recommended to store Orange Annatto color in a  cool place with a temperature not exceeding 14  C.
